Information we handle

Website

The public Balik Games website does not provide user accounts, contact forms, advertising, or first-party analytics, and the site does not set first-party cookies. When the site is delivered, hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and time of access to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

If you email us, we receive the address you use and the content of your message so we can respond.

Apps

Depending on the app and the features you use, information handled may include:

• Content you provide: photos, prompts, text, audio, selections, or other material you choose to submit for an app feature.
• Identifiers: device identifiers, user identifiers, or purchase/subscription identifiers.
• Usage and advertising data: product interactions, advertising data, and other usage information.
• Diagnostics: crash, performance, and other diagnostic information.
• Approximate location: coarse location where disclosed for a particular app.

The current categories for each app are shown in its App Store privacy label. Apple states that these labels are supplied by the developer and may vary by feature, use, or age.

How we use information

We use information as needed to:

• provide the feature you request and return its output;
• operate subscriptions and restore purchases;
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve app performance;
• measure product use and, where an app includes advertising, deliver or measure advertising;
• respond to support or privacy requests;
• protect users, our services, and our legal rights; and
• comply with applicable law.

For features that generate or analyze content, the content you submit may be transmitted to service providers that process it to produce the requested result. Balik Games does not claim ownership of content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Tracking and permissions

Some Balik Games apps have App Store privacy labels stating that certain usage data may be used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Where Apple requires permission, the app must request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing data used for tracking. You can change tracking, photo, microphone, location, and other permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

The public website itself does not include advertising trackers or first-party analytics in the current release.

Purchases

App downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple's handling of your Apple ID, payment information, and App Store activity is governed by Apple's privacy policy and terms.

When information is shared

Information may be shared only as needed with:

• infrastructure, analytics, advertising, subscription, support, and content-processing providers that perform services for the relevant app or website;
• Apple for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and platform services;
• authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

The categories actually used depend on the app. We do not represent that every provider category applies to every app.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was handled, including providing a requested feature, maintaining records required for purchases or legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting the service. Retention periods vary by data type, app, and service provider. Information may remain in backups or records where deletion is not immediately practicable or where retention is required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can control app permissions in your device settings and manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have a right to complain to a data-protection authority.

To make a privacy request, email info@balikgames.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Because Apple controls App Store account and payment records, requests concerning that data should be directed to Apple.

Children

Balik Games apps are offered under the age ratings shown on their App Store listings. Our services are not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may consent to data processing under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children without required authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us at info@balikgames.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Balik Games and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

External services

The website and apps may link to Apple or other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be posted at https://balikgames.com/privacy-policy.
